BACKGROUND CHECK

According to law, any individual over the age of majority who works, whether with pay or not, with a vulnerable clientele such as children, must conduct a criminal background check.

At Tutorax, it is essential that each tutor complies with the obligations set out by law. As a self-employed worker, it is your duty to provide a criminal background check.

If you already have one, you can provide us with a copy of the document. Otherwise, you have two options :

  • Conduct a criminal background by going to your local police station. (Cost : Between $75 and $105)
  • Proceed online: Tutorax is associated with the company Certn which has been an expert in background checks. This allows you to benefit from a corporate discount. (Cost : $24,85)
